What are the modes of payment?We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Choose among credit card (via Paypal), bank deposit (BDO, Metrobank, BPI), Mobile payment app (Gcash), and cash-on-delivery (For Metro Manila only)

What if I want to change or cancel my order?You can change your order as long as the package is still with us. You can change/cancel by contacting us through Facebook/Instagram/email. However, if the item has been already handed to our courier, we can no longer do any changes. Rejection of the item once delivered (for COD) will be reported and banned from online stores, tagging you as a BOGUS BUYER

How do I pay via Bank Deposit / Fund Transfer / Gcash?In the checkout page, simply select the Manual Payment Option. Our bank account and Gcash details will be shown on the confirmation page. **Unpaid orders within 48hours will be cancelled

How long can I reserve an item?You have 2 business days to pay for your reserved items. This applies to Bank Deposit/Fund Transfer and GCash payments.

What is your lead time?All orders are processed immediately. For Square Snaps and Art Prints, lead time is 4 days. For all other items, items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. For COD orders (within Metro Manila only), items will be dispatched in 1-2days after order has been confirmed.

Do you have a physical store?We can only engage online for now.

Can I send a gift message on each delivery / package?Yes. Just send us a message and we would gladly assist you. You may also place notes upon ordering from our store.

Do you accept wholesale orders?We accept wholesale orders! These are great for weddings, birthdays, corporate giveaways, Christmas, etc. We also make custom labels for wholesale customers to sell in their business. Please message us at decoroomph@gmail.com for special pricing.

What courier do you use?Items are shipped from Cubao, Quezon City. For Metro Manila, we use Grab/Lalamove/Mr. Speedy. For provincial, we ship via J&T Express. For cash-on-delivery (available for Metro Manila customers only), we use Grab/Lalamove pabili service.

How much is the shipping fee?We offer a NATIONWIDE FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE of PHP99 only.

How can I track my orders?We will send updates to the email, Facebook messenger, or phone number you entered upon checkout.

Why have I not received my delivery yet?While we strive to deliver your orders the soonest, there may be some instances that your orders are delayed. Our partner couriers may have encountered difficulties during the delivery of your orders. To avoid this, kindly make sure to give complete and accurate details (shipping address and phone number). Kindly also double check your details prior to proceeding to check out.

What’s the transit time?Orders are shipped from Quezon City, Philippines. Transit time varies depending on the location of the shipping address. For Metro Manila, normally it takes 1-2 days. Provincial can take 3-7 days.

Can I schedule and exact delivery date?Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Exact delivery dates also cannot be provided as this will depend on the courier.

If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.

All items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Items can only be returned or exchanged if you have valid reasons, such as wrong product delivery, damaged or faulty items.

All products are inspected before being shipped out to ensure quality. In the event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt to report the damage. It will be exchanged with a new stock (subject to stock availability) or you will be given a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be granted a 50% refund.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping/pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
